Context:
Gaiia is a next-generation ISP rethinking how people connect to the internet — with transparent pricing, faster infrastructure, and customer-first service. As the company expanded into new markets, I led a web and brand sprint to build a digital presence that could scale with their rollout and stand apart from legacy telecom incumbents.
Winter 2025
Results:
The new site drove a 50% increase in service plan sign-ups and cut customer support inquiries by 30% through clearer plan comparison tools. A component-based design system allowed the marketing team to launch regional landing pages in hours instead of weeks. We introduced interactive coverage map visuals and animated onboarding flows to simplify the sign-up experience.
